Bison 1879 Series - hand-forged using artisan skills with high-quality steel. The cutting edge is forged narrow and then sharpened to a fine edge. The natural Hickory handle is particularly comfortable in the hand and has a non-slip surface. Every hatchet is supplied with a robust leather blade protector, only available with the BISON original.
